Prototyping

As part of our customer commitment, we have devoted a separate department with personnel and machinery 100 percent dedicated to the mission of our Custom Prototype Division (CPD). This state-of-the-art department allows us to respond quickly, particularly for those times when:

• Prototyping is needed to prove a concept during the development stage
• Custom instrumentation is required to meet special surgical needs
  

Our Custom Prototype Division is focused on providing value-added services to our customer. Nemcomed's CPD group are specialists in turning around an engineer's concept quickly, providing that engineer with manufacturing feedback, proving out the processes and turning the part or project over to our production group for a quick and smooth transition.
